A Silver Membership is a monthly membership offering the following:

• Access to mentoring from me via the members-only forum;
• One email per month;
• One 15-minute phone call per month.

A Gold Membership is a monthly membership offering the following:

• Access to mentoring from me via the members-only forum;
• One email per week;
• One 15-minute phone call per week.

An Olympian Membership is a three-month membership offering the following:

• Access to mentoring from me via the members-only forum;
• Two emails per week;
• Two 15-minute phone calls per week;
• One full-day gym visit (within the continental United States).

Note: The Olympian Membership is a three-month commitment.
Monthly membership fees do not include airfare and accommodations for gym visit.

A Champion Membership is a three-month membership offering the following:

• Lifetime Bronze membership;
• Unlimited emails;
• Two 30-minute phone calls per week;
• 3-day gym/private mentoring visit (within the continental United States);
• DearDeeDee.com Champion-members-only shirt;
• Meet-day mentoring (via phone).

Note: The Champion Membership is a three-month package.
